Problem
A wallet is code where ordinary sloppiness becomes lost funds. The first working version passed manual scenarios and still held two dozen-plus issues of varying severity.
System
A React + TypeScript front-end with a Telegram-style UI, balances and transactions updating over WebSocket. After the MVP came a deliberate audit pass: 25 fixes across key handling, input validation, race conditions in balance refresh, and network edge cases — plus an interface redesign.
Role
Solo build, audit and redesign.
Outcome
Test coverage grew from 78 to 347 tests, all merged to main. Tests were written against the defects found, not to chase a coverage percentage.
